What’s your return policy?
We hope you absolutely love your Dot Fragrances perfume — but if it’s not the right scent for you, no worries. We offer a unique and simple return option:
You can smell the fragrance while the courier is still with you. If it’s not what you expected, you can hand it right back to the courier. You'll just pay the shipping fee. That’s it!
We do not accept returns once the courier has left with the product.
Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different scent, you're welcome to return your order with the courier and place a new one.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your product, we’ve got you! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and a few clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return or claim is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
